Biography - Executive Chef David McKinney

July of 2014, we had a new Member join the St Ives Family, Executive Chef David McKinney. He has rolled out new menus for the Cabana and Ascott Room, as well as help revitalize the culinary concept for our ever growing and Turnberry Grille. 


Meet Your Executive Chef
Chef McKinney graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New York, and went on to become an award-winning Chef while opening his own upscale Italian-American restaurant: Jake’s Above the Square in Pittsburgh. Before joining St Ives, Chef McKinney spent over 13 years as the Executive Chef at the Vinings Club. His creative hand is seen in every unique and tasteful menu item provided in all of our dining facilities. We are lucky to have him. Here’s to many years to come!
