Billy Jack
Head Golf Professional
Billy Jack is a Class A member of the Professional Golfers Association of America and has been a member of the team at St Ives since 2002. As the Head Golf Professional of St Ives, Billy is responsible for the entire golf operation of the Club, including the management of all golf programs, the golf shop, all member tournaments, the junior golf program, golf outings, private lessons, and all instructional and player development programs.

As a PGA Professional Billy has been a staunch promoter of many Assistant Professionals to become Head Golf Professionals. During his career he has been able to teach under some world class teachers such as, the late Jack Grout (Jack Nicklaus’ instructor), the late Jim Flick (Head Instructor for Golf Digest) and Gardner Dickinson (Former Senior PGA Player).

He is currently on the board of Directors for the Georgia PGA and was a former Tournament Director for the Carolina's PGA. Some of his recent playing accomplishments include qualifying for the 2010 Senior British Open as well as the 2006 PGA Tour Bellsouth Classic. Billy was the founder of the St Ives Charity Pro-Am benefiting children with cancer through The Lighthouse Family Retreat. Over the past ten years Billy and the golf staff have helped raise over $600,000 for the children. Billy and his wife Stephanie live in Milton and have three daughters, Julia, Lexi, and Delaney.

Colin Grant
PGA Assistant Professional
Colin is a Class A member of the Professional Golfers Association of America and is starting his first year with the St Ives team. He grew up in Lilburn, GA and attended Clemson University, majoring in Professional Golf Management. During his time at Clemson, Colin completed three internships at well renowned facilities including: Berkeley Hills Golf Club in Norcross, GA, Druid Hills Golf Club in Atlanta, GA, and the Country Club of Virginia in Richmond, VA. Colin enjoys every aspect of the golf industry from merchandising to tournament operations, and especially junior golf. He picked up the game himself when he was a sophomore in high school and fell in love with it immediately. When Colin is not at the golf course he loves nothing more than watching movies or spending time in the trees hunting.
Mike Simcox
PGA Assistant Professional
Michael is a Class A member of the Professional Golfers Association of America and is starting his first year with the St Ives team. Born and raised in Northeastern Ohio, his passion for golf was exemplified by founding his high school’s golf team and working at a local public golf course. He then attended Penn State University and received a B.S. in Professional Golf Management. After graduation in 2008, Michael spent three years as an Assistant Golf Professional commuting between Kalamazoo Country Club (Kalamazoo, MI) and Seminole Golf Club (Juno Beach, FL). After starting in 2011, he worked year-round at Oakmont Country Club (Oakmont, PA) for two years. At Oakmont, he became the Director of Junior Golf and coached the junior traveling team, as well as leading the summer junior camps. In 2013, he moved to Ocean Forest Golf Club (Sea Island, GA) as the First Assistant Golf Professional and managed the Golf Operations. Michael has qualified and competed in the Assistants’ National Professional Championship twice in the last three years. He enjoys playing competitively in the Georgia PGA section tournaments and Pro-Ams. He is also passionate about golf instruction, having shadowed notable instructors during his career such as Mike Bender, John Webster, Todd Anderson, Eric Johnson, and Jordan Dempsey. Away from the golf course, he enjoys exercise, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Mollie Boney
Director of Instruction
Mollie is a Class A member of the PGA of America. Born and raised in Northeastern Ohio, her father introduced her to golf where she quickly developed a love for the game and a passion for fitness and nutrition. Mollie spent four years at Youngstown State University, where she played Division 1 collegiate golf. Alongside athletics and earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, she spent a winter at FITLIFE Athletic Enhancement in Phoenix, Arizona, training a wide variety of athletes.

Upon graduation in 2009, Mollie became a certified Health Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine. She spent two seasons at The Lake Club in Poland, Ohio, followed by two seasons at Weston Golf Club, outside of Boston Massachusetts, as an Assistant Golf Professional. During the winter of 2012 ‐ 2013, Mollie joined the Golf Bio Dynamics (GBD) team at The Jim McLean Golf School at Trump Doral Resort, in Miami, Florida. Throughout her time there, she became certified in 3D Golf Analysis along side becoming a Jim McLean Certified Instructor.

Mollie has experience in golf instruction (both private and group), tournament operations, merchandising, junior golf and golf fitness. She joined the St Ives team in January of 2014.

In Mollie’s time away from the golf course, she enjoys being active, outdoors, cooking and baking for family and friends.

William Reynolds
Assistant Golf Professional
William has started the process of becoming a PGA Golf Professional and has registered to begin his PGA Apprenticeship program in the Professional Golfers Association of America. He grew up in Greenville, SC and attended The University of Alabama where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport and Recreation Management. Upon graduation, William attended the Golf Academy of America in Orlando, FL, where he received an Occupational Associates Degree in Golf Complex Operations and Management. Shortly thereafter he moved back to Greenville, SC and started working at The Cliffs at Glassy Mountain a very private golf facility in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The course has been ranked fourth most scenic in the nation- only Cypress Point, Pebble Beach and Augusta National outrank it. William has had great passion for golf from starting at The First Tee in College, to attending a Golf Academy and pursuing to become a PGA Golf Professional. William has experience in cart fleet management, tournament operations, club repair and junior golf. He joined the team at St Ives Country Club in March of 2016 and wants to help grow the club and continue its excellence by serving Members through great customer service. When William is not on the Golf Course he enjoys spending time with family and friends and going to the lake.
