Jorge Cotto, Executive Chef

Our Executive Chef Jorge, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu of Atlanta, has been in culinary arts for over 10 years, amassing outstanding experience in some fine restaurants in Atlanta, including Delaware North at Truist Park, home of the Atlanta Braves.

He has built an impressive career in the culinary arts, progressing through key roles including line cook, lead line cook, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef. Starting as a line cook, he mastered fundamental skills and quickly advanced to lead line cook, where his leadership shone. As a Sous Chef, he contributed significantly to kitchen management and menu development. Now, as Executive Chef, Jorge oversees the entire culinary operation here at St Ives, bringing creativity and a passion for excellence to every dish.
